Postpartum 24/7 V2 is an extension of our original Postpartum 24/7 Study. In this pilot study, we will examine 24-hour movement patterns (sedentary behavior, sleep, and physical activity) at 6 weeks, 3, 6, and 12 months postpartum. We will assess whether these patterns are related to hypertension risk and other indicators of cardiovascular health. The goal of this work is to identify optimal movement patterns during the postpartum period to reduce women's future risk of cardiovascular disease.
